Horn of Africa Project - Appreciation
At the February the 6th meeting Jama Farah presented certificates of appreciation to President Bob Newman, Frank Dri, manager of Donations in Kind,and in absentia, Laurie Fisher who recently retired as manager of DIK for their support of the Horn of Africa Project.
The citation was as follows :
“In recognition of your efforts and contribution to delivering hospital equipment donations to Ayder Hospital through the Rotary Club Of Footscray‘s Donations in Kind program. On behalf of the Australian Tigray Alliance and the Tigrian community of Australia, thank you for your generosity and commitment to make an impact for our people.”
