President's Report April 2024

District Conference
Catherine and I along with Emmanuel and Melissa attended Conference in Bendigo on April 13 and 14. There were about 400 attendees .
Copies of the programme were available at our last meeting.
I was able to bring home our new feather banner bearing the club name and Rotary Logo.
On behalf of the Club I gave a pledge to Grant Hocking [District Foundation Chair] of $3000 to Rotary Foundation for the current year 23-24.
We do of course also make a separate donation of about $1000 to the Polio Plus campaign .

This will be held on Sunday May 19th  at St Francis Catholic College in West Melton and incoming DG Michael Lapina  invites all to attend.
The event will give an opportunity for those with special projects to promote their activities and achievments .
